Hi all , I have somewhat naive question which probably have been answered on this or other forum(s) .
I am not too knowledgeable in theory of AP since i have read only 2 books(completly) so far. Astral Travel and Dreams by Belzebuub ( can't say that i liked it)
and My Astral Projection Truth by Xanth which i think is the best read .
so my question is Can you see things on material plane when in NP/AP/LD ? Can we see physical matter with our astral eyes?
When i saw my body on a couch yesterday as I projected in (what i think at least) RTZ i had this confusion like what i am seeing .
If We can see only astral part of what is on the physical plane ( that was my understanding prior to this confusion) how come i can see me (astral part of me)
being in astral body as i project. Me astral is seeing me astral?? Does not make sense. So what exactly i am looking at when seeing my body on a couch.

This is a fabrication of your mind based on your expectations. When you project your going into an interior environment. Any experience in the RTZ is constructed or the result of reading someone acting as a medium

I tend to disagree. I've had experiences that have been validated by my bed mate to be an exterior experience.

Projector4life , i do believe that you have had AP experiences when you interacted with physical environment that have been validated later.
The question is can you be sure you actually interacted with physical matter , not with astral part of physical.matter.
The thing is that everything in a physical world has an astral part so it could look exactly like in a physical world.
So back to my initial question . Can we see physical matter (not astral part of physical) with our astral eyes(this is metaphor of course but for the lack of better term i think put it here). Many authors say that it is actually not possible.

if we see the 'astral version' of it we still see the 'same thing', consider it like your shadow, or like your inner skelton which you can only see by x-ray view
hence validations are possible, we can also see other things around it or versions/variations of it that manifest in the astral but not on the 'slower' physical, hence validations are difficult because you have to 'sort out' things, but they are possible nonetheless
