Can you find people who you haven't met before or find other things in the future?

In my opinion, the future is not solid. Even if you foresaw a possible event, you could change it through certain means, making the vision you had obsolete.

No, you can not because there is no such thing as a "future". All events, all potentials already exist at this very moment. Universe consists of infinite potentials all existing at once. Which one we experience is entirely by choice. However, anyone can catch a glimpse of any of these potentials, but that doesn't mean we will experience it. Trying to predict the path of the collective consciousness is exactly like trying to predict the path of a large flock of birds or a large school of fish.
You can while lucid dreaming. Which some people say is the equivalent of astral projection.
