Hello everybody just wondering if any one has every been attacked by an evil entity during obe?

When I was about six I had my first OBE.  After about three times I learned our house was haunted by a man and a woman.  The woman was stuck repeating the same thing, the man however was a jerk.  He was stronger than her and knew of me. He wore a deep blue shirt and brown pants made of funny material.  I researched the house and think he was one of the owners in the early 1800's.   He didn't like me and would look at me as I projected around inside the house.  When I tried to go outside of the house he would chase me.  He chased me around the outside of the house and through the barns and back to the house.   Until I learned to stand up for myseld and say, "leave me now!"  he chased me around the house.

Did he ever catch you? Do you think he could harm you in any way or just
scare the pants off of you? Did he leave you alone when you told him to?

No he never caught me.  When he got close enough I would wake out of breath and scared.  Then one night mid run it dawned on me.  I was alive.  He was dead.   I stopped running and told him so.  Then I told him he would leave me alone and he did.  It's funny you ask if I think he could have harmed me.  I remember some of the stuff he would yell as he was chasing me and I know how scared I was when I woke up.  I think he tried to do more than scare me.  He would yell things like, "I can see you."  At that point I already knew that the living could not see me in this state.  And the woman spirit never acted like she could. He did.  He didn't like me and told me so.  He would threaten that he'd have my spirit when he caught me.  If he was harmless, he didn't act like it.

Sounds to me like you performed your first soul retrieval at a young age.  However, I wouldn't consider it a 'negative entity' perse, just a confused spirit.

I am just wondering if it is possible to sustain any harm to energy body or astral body from an attack?
Or die or worse yet lose your soul? Should i be worried about a possible attack or not? What to do in the event of an attack?

I wouldn't say he was confused.   He was too alert for that.  He distinctly didn't like the fact that I could see him.  He thought he could stomp around our house, open doors, cabinets, and be a royal pain.  When he discovered that I could see him he was angry.  He was very specific about his intentions.  Which only meant I had to be firmer in mine and I was, which worked out.

I'm not sure about the first one...I'd say probably.  If it's possible to build our own energy and strength then it's probably possible for something to try to drain it.   When something I see doesn't feel right I send it away.  I center myself and tell myself the basics.  Things like:  I am a child of God.  I am of the light. I am alive.  I am three.  I am mind, body, and spirit.   (A lot of that would depend on you and your beliefs.)   Once I feel confident I tell things to, "leave me."    On another note, when I have an OBE I see myself as a spirit with light in my center.   It's this light that gives me strength and the stronger I feel, the brighter the light.  My light has to be bright to send things away.

I will keep that in mind also i was wondering do we all have someone looking after us like our HS or HGA
protecting us when out of body? I have read you can judge a spirits intentions by how much light they
radiate. Evil beings probably don't radiate much light right? I have also read you can shoot small blue
pentagrams from your fingertips to keep them away. One more thing will i automatically return to physical
just by thinking it or is there more to it than that?

I believe everyone has someone that looks out for them, but not all believe this.  That would depend on what you believe.  What one might see when they are OOB might be different than what another can see.  The male spirit I encountered when I was small had a darkness in him.  He didn't have light, he was misty looking with darkness in his eyes.  I don't know anything about shooting small blue pentagrams.  I've never tried and probably won't.  I haven't needed anything other than the light and head God gave me.  That is what I use.  As for returning to your physical self...I guess that too would depend on the person.  I have woke myself with thought, by laying inside myself, and because something freaked me out.     Q:)

i will definitely try the light within technique
and just tell the spirits (bad ones that i might encounter) to leave me alone like YOu do.

You have been most helful. Do you encounter alot of negs in the RTZ or are they mainly in the astral realms?
If anyone else has any attack stories or experiences with negs i would love to read them.
Or any scary experiences in general.

You're very welcome.  As for negative energy...I think negative energy is everywhere and I don't really see how other realms would be different.  I couldn't tell you if there are more in RTZ or in the astral realms.  I've only gone straight to RTZ.  Like I said this started early for me and wasn't necessarily a wonderful thing the whole time.  It's part of me and I accepted it a long time ago, but it's hard to describe.  I'm thankful for the bit of understanding that comes from a forum like this.   Good luck Vargaskall, happy dreams!  Q

one of my friends keeps saying that "you shouldn't OBE because u could get hurt" like your soul can get destroyed" -- but that is impossible --right?

Depends on how you view the soul.  If you believe the soul is eternal, then it can't be destroyed.  But if you believe it's material, or the collection of memories that make you you (a construct), then it would seem to be destructible.  Some people believe it is infinite (that it's not eternal but can't be destroyed), so it depends.  Me, I believe that the soul is eternal.  No beginning, no end.  And as such, indestructible.

However, the idea that OBE is dangerous comes from the wrong assumption that we leave the body empty of 'soul' when we separate, which is incorrect.  We OBE when we sleep and dream, so the only damage can be psychological, not to the soul, but to the mind.
