My Last Night OBE Experience

The reason why I titled the subject the way it shows is because it really felt like an OBE.  I am not experienced in this subject but it really catches my attention and I do have interest in learning about it.  Anyway the following was my recent experience from last night 12/27/10 - 12/28/10:

I stayed over my brother's apartment.  I was laying on the sofa watching a movie with him and my sister in law.  I was very comfortable and fell to a very good sleep.  The movie was over and my brother woke me up.  I walked towards the guest bedroom and lied on the bed to go back to sleep.  I was VERY comfortable.  As soon as I went to sleep, I remember waking up from a VERY loud ringing, humming vibrational sound and also felt light headed.  I remember as I woke up, I noticed I was face down towards the pillow, I then looked around the guest room as how it was in its every detail.  I decided to get up from the bed but was not able to move.  I kept on trying to get up several times but felt paralyzed.  Then, after many attempts, I remember rolling off the bed and falling on the ground by the side of the bed.  I looked at the bed and saw my body on the bed.  I then looked towards the door of the entrance to the guest bedroom and saw a silhouette of a body standing by the door looking at me.  The figure was dark, I was not able to observe details of it.  I was not scared, I felt very curious.  I also felt very conscious of what was going on.  I reached out towards the figure then all of a sudden I feel myself gravitating upwards as if I was flying or being pulled.  The environment changed.  This time I was in a dark space like environment, still gravitating upwards.  I felt my left hand holding on to someone and it felt cold.  I looked up and it was a figure of a human body but the shape of the head was that of an alien being, like oval shaped commonly seen on tv.  I still felt comfortable and very observant.  I also felt very conscious like I knew this was an out of body experience I was going through.  While being gravitated upwards, I observed everything around me and did see other human like silhouettes gravitating upwards or just floating around, but they were see through.  The best way I can explain it is they were see through like the aliens from the movie Predator, that camouflage see through ability they had.  I also remember looking ahead and observing a very large projector type object, it was like an enormous screen or glass of some sort.  Then through it I saw people and it felt like they were observing me and everything else around me.  I then saw that projector change to a face of a man, but it was distorted.  I heard the voice of the man, he was speaking, but it was distorted, but though very loud and deep.  I remember also seeing a dark negative type figure all of a sudden gravitating towards me, and I knew this, I then reminded myself not to fear it because only fearing it will overpower me, so I ignored it and it just left me alone.  I remember as I continued to hold on to this figure above me by its feet with just my left hand, I attempted to grab it with my right hand.  As I did, it kind of felt like I was going to slip off so it then grabbed my right hand, its touch felt could, and it adjusted my right hand as if helping me to have a better grip.  After that I guess I just drifted on to a dream like experience which I figured maybe I went into a deeper sleep and started dreaming.

Well thats pretty much it.  Please share what you think, could this have been an OBE experience, or does it sound like it was just a dream?  Did anyone have something similar?  Please share your thoughts, feelings, feedbacks.  Thank you.
