Title: Self-Hypnosis?
Post by: Bellend_1010 on November 22, 2010, 16:30:56
So could Self-Hypnosis be used as a tool to help get to the right mind state to project from? what is your ideas on using this. I have been considering this for a time.

I don't really understand that post. Is the guy saying HE projected from deep hypnosis or he astral travelled to his mother in law to get her to project from hypnosis??1 its a little confusing.

At the time he was active here he helped people use self hypnosis (and gave people audio cds or tapes with hypnotic suggestions) to help them lucid dream or AP.

The CD I got from him made me more relaxed than I've ever been. I still use it from time to time. Not for AP, but for super-duper relaxation. I feel too good and relaxed during it to do anything. There's even a part that says "I'm going to tell you to lift your hands, and you'll try to, but you'll be too relaxed to lift them." It's awesome reinforcement.

I found a self-hypnosis book of my mothers when I was a teen, I read it and still use some of the techniques.

I cringe every time I see my old nic and see the guest underneath... i was an idiot for doing that

Could this CD be found on the internet or was it made specially for you, Stookie?

It was sort of a custom thing he did for the forum, but I believe he was told to take it down by some sort of hypnosis association or something, so it's not around anymore.

Hi there!  In my experience hypnosis was definitely one of the tools that got me to relax my body more than I ever had.  It one time induced an outer body experience!  I recommend hypnosis just as much as any of the other fine aids out there.
