Getting into trance with less sleep

Hey there folks.  Just a tip for getting into the trance state easily.

I've been doing revision for exams recently, working into the late/early hours.  And I've found my ideal state for entering trance.  Basically if I only have 5/6 hours sleep, and get up in the morning (8 oclock) as usual, if I then wait till mid-afternoon and lay down I can get into trance very easily.  My mind just doesn't have the 'chatter' that it does at night when I go to sleep.  It's very easy to relax your mind but stay aware at the same time.
