Howdy Folks,

Last night i had an experience i need advice with. So my body was asleep i felt lots of movement swirling
and rolling like i was on a rollercoaster. I felt like i was out of my body and i was floating close to my body.
But i couldn't get away from it. I could see and hear i heard my son coughing in the other room.

I tried to move almost like doing the breaststroke to get away but i kept getting pulled back.
I must not have been fully seperated. Does anyone have any advice to get a full seperation.

I have been studying astral projection for 3 years and never had an actual exp any advice will be helpfull.

Hello and welcome, I use a technique of creating a visual scene, such as a beach or calm river flow, then I join it. With the beach scene, I start by feeling myself in my lawn chair. I then watch the waves gently coming onto the shore. Once in awhile I reach down and pick up a handful of sand and just let it sift through my fingers down to the ground. Not only do I feel this, I also see it happening. From there I can look down the beach and see what else is going on. This usually leads to my Astral destination for the day. You really have to feel yourelf there though to make it work, get rid of all doubt for that with totally ruin your experience.
Good Luck and Safe Travels  :-)

Maybe you had just awaited the wrong signals. There are often moving experiences long before the actual exit phase begins. If one reacts to them, will it feel very realistic. One can move seemingly inch by inch very slowly. But nothing happens. If one controls how far one has moved, one will notice, that no movement occured.

You should wat for the correct signs of the exit phase. Main sign is, that every physical sensation is gone. One feely nothing anymore from the physical body. And with nothing i mean really nothing. This includes the breathing!

Wow< thanks so much guys. I get the roller coaster effect quite often actually.
The beach idea is great. So the roller coaster effect maybe to soon for seperation got it.
Should i just relax and enjoy it then. How do i know i am ready for seperation.

Is this rollercoaster effect common. Do i have to exit through chackra point.
Do i have to use a exit teqnique. I will try the beach sceene idea also.

The correct separation phase is, if you dont feel anything of our Body.

Forget the thing with chackra point. The direction of exit depends not from chackras, it depends from situation what for you is in this situation most easy. The beach scene is technique is a good exit techniqe. Try it. You must visualize it as detailed as possible.
