Settings for Brainwave generator

Sorry....I'm new to Astral Pulse and didn't realise that there was a file section that had preset information. I guess I should explore the web site a little better before I go on and ask any more questions....

No problem Steve. There is a preset at the Brainwave Generator site called Tommy's vibration starter that I've read is pretty good. I haven't tried it yet, though I might soon.

Hi everyone. To start out with, I was wondering whether anyone had any suggestions as to what settings on a program such as Brainwave generator can be used to encourage the right 'state of mind' to help acheive and OOBE. I read the post about delta waves, but does anyone have any suggestions for a preset that would be specific for attaining an OOBE.
Appreciate any help provided...
