Title: Signal Noise when projecting
Post by: Steel Hawk on August 04, 2009, 21:52:31
It started about 5 months ago, everytime I'm about to project I "hear" this strange signal. I can't really describe it accurately but it "sounds" like this:
RA-wa-Ra-wa RA-wa-Ra-wa RA-wa-Ra-wa

(for many years I never heard this before so I'm a bit baffled)

It's not really a sound but it is, I don't know how else to describe it. It's a sound as much as the vibes are a sound...

I'm wondering if it's some type of homing signal (like Monroe talked about)? I suppose I could just follow it but I haven't worked up the ... gusto yet.

Anyone experience anything similar?

You won't always experience the same 'stuff' each time you project.
You could experience something for a while... then it'll just seem to randomly change to something else.

Take the vibrations for example... you won't always feel them.  One day you'll project without them and wonder what happened.

So the lesson here is don't rely upon any single experience as your queue. :)

And it can and will change spontaneously.  The next 5 months he could have something completely different happen.
Just because it was like that every time he projected for 5 months doesn't mean it can't stop and change to something else.

The problem is that when it does change, the practitioner is going to think something is wrong with them and that will cause them to worry which in turn will cause blocks to projecting.  It's best to not get hung up on what experiences you're "expecting" and just go with the flow instead.  :)

.... and now that I've just re-read the OP's post, I find that I've answered something that he didn't ask.  ROFL  My bad.
I thought he was asking about the sound going missing after many months of hearing it and using it as his queue to exit.  >_<

I used to hear a sound similar to the alert signal the phone company runs when you leave the receiver off the hook for too long.
