F10 to F12

Hey all,

I have been having an easy time reaching a deep F10 where hypnogonic images/videos are answering my questions, desires, and internal anxieties.

How do i move from F10 to F12!? Is there a specific technique or method I can use? Or does reaching F12 just require mastery of F10 at which point one will seamlessly move into 3d black?

Since F10 & F12 are Monroe symbols I'm assuming you're using that system. So when you get to F10 just  count yourself into F12; and its not 3d black but much more interesting that F10.

If you get to F10 using HemiSync Techniques, then it is counting from 10 to 12. But take time between each number and feel an expansion. You feel your mind expanding out, your awareness expanding out.
I sort of do it in like concentric spheres each one the boundry of my sensory awareness, these grow from the current sensory boundry and expand out, far out past my room, house, state, country etc.

To me the difference between F10 and F12 is a vast sensation of 'space'. Like my boundry is blurred and I'm expanding to cover a huge area. I also see lots of hypnagogic imagary and lights, colours etc in this state.

Interesting Mister Jingo, your discription of a vast space.
When I arrive at F12 I'm always looking down & out over
a planet (doesn't look like earth) I clearly see its curve against black space. I'm also looking out over a vast area. I send my request out over this area much like a sower scattering seeds.

Cool, I can now make it to F12 no problem. Yeah, its so weird but I feel as if my consciousness as expanded throughout my whole room. I do tend to hear 'crashing' sounds in this state though.
