Sleep paralysis is exactly what you want, really [:)]
I was badly suffering from it, but now I'm working hard to reproduce it.
In any case, if you are in SP and you need to gain control of your physical body, here is what you need to do:
1. Remain calm. If you are terrified, because you will probably feel some "evil presence" remember that this is normal, and it is most probably mere hallucination.
2. Gain control of your smaller muscles - wiggle your toes, fingers; move your physical eyes and tongue. After that it is pretty easy to gain control over extremities.
what is sleep paralysis? Are you asleep and paralized or awakened with it. I think I might have had that at one time.

yes it is but youre not exactly awakened with it, your asleep with it whil consious. well something like that lol i think others could explain it better, its kind of hard for me to explain but i know what it is.
