Title: Sleep Paralysis- An Open Discussion (10 part video series)
Post by: omcasey on November 23, 2011, 19:37:10
I came across this video series today, thought it might be helpful to some here.  A man named David J Hufford is being interviewed:

(I playlisted it on my page for easy listening)

Just started watching myself..

I'm almost through listening in..

It seems at the time of the making of these videos, David has put 2 of 3 important factors togethers- he knows that the sleep paralysis indicates an altered (/expanded) state of consciousness, and that 'the dweller on the threshold' or 'old hag' phenomena is Spiritual, meaning 'non-physical' in nature, but then fails to realize the phenomena is providing feedback regarding his own state of fear during the event. Which leads him to conclude, instead, that he is being attacked by something negative outside himself. The title of the documentary he is being featured in 'Your Worst Nightmare, Supernatural Assault' I suppose rather gives this away.

I really enjoyed the interview, and David, himself. The process he moved through while learning about what has been happening with him and thousands of others is very informative. I have no doubt what he is saying is destined to help an endless number of people who consciously experience sleep paralysis.

Nice video clips. Would it be possible to add a little more detailed description in a few sentences to each clip, as they are very long and it's difficult to distinguish them from each other.

It's a lot about SP, and I would like to find the pieces where he talks about something more than just the plain SP experience. :)
