schockstuhh

So earlier today, I woke up in sleep paralysis with my eyes open. I wasn't sure if I was in sleep paralysis, so I closed my eyes and attempted to exit my body. Separation felt very difficult. I recall noticing that having attempted to separate, I was now "flipped" as If I had made an instant 180* turn and instead of laying on my stomach, I was now on my back. I felt that I had separated and assumed that I would be able to see my physical body, but I wasn't able to. The confusion ended the short projection, and I found my consciousness back in my physical body laying face down with a blanket over my body. Now, I was still in paralysis having returned back physical consciousness and I felt physical movement scurring up and down my body. I could feel and hear the movement perfectly as if it were real, and I even feeling the animal jump over from my left side to my right. One moment, the animal actually attempted to get under my blanket by sticking its feet and nose under. By now, I was pretty like wtf. The moment I was able to get out of paralysis, I hopped out of bed, took my blanket and shook it at a reasonable distance so that if the animal were to fall out from it, I'd be able to fend it off or evade it if it decided to run. I was pretty much like -____- having waited for half a minute and realizing that there was no mouse haha. Anyways, I felt like it was worth posting because I RARELY ever think about mice. They aren't something I fear. It was super super random.
