Just something I like to add,the reason why I think this works.The longer you are awake the more rest you need.In my case I think when I do sleep "normally".My body actually goes into a deeper level of sleep.
This not only makes it harder for me to become aware that I am dreaming..etc...I will also be less likely to stay awake as I drift slowly into sleep.I tend to just fall right into that deep coma like sleep.

hey everyone,
Ive been playing around with when I go to bed and how long I sleep for.It seems as though when I sleep like a "normal" person.I dont really have any obe,just alot of dream activity.Most which I do not remember.
What I am doing now.I cut my sleep cycle in 2.I wake up around 6AM or earlier.So when 5-7PM comes along I start to get a little tired.This is when I take a nap on the couch for an hour or 2,more or less.I do some energy work prior and meditation,till I actually slip away.
I wake up and I will stay up really late,when I go back to bed.I do the same thing if im feeling up to it.This is making all the difference.Im having them alot more.Had 2 interestings ones yesterday.
I think I may have been in the army in a past life.One of these I traveled to some kind of military school in vermont.Weird..skinheads everywhere,and alot of higher uniformed people.
It felt as though as I was really there and a part of it all.And I was feeling in a way I never really felt before.This is the 2nd one like it.I do not really have anything in my life now involving something of that nature.Maybe I learned my lesson that time around..

For those who are trying to have obes'or simply want more of them.I think its worth a try to mess with your sleep cycles.If you can fit it into your schedule that is.I hope it works as well for you as it does for me.
