You don't need paralysis. You don't need vibrations. You need a new state of consciousness. If you're wondering if your body is asleep or what you should do next, you're probably not in near enough deep of trance. It has more to do with your mind than what and where you feel on your body. The rest (like vibes) comes on it's own. Deal with those things when they unexpectedly hit like a mack truck.

Do not worry about testing to see if you have SP. If the vibrations are there, go with that.  SP is not always, if it ever is for that matter- pleasant. My goal was to always get past the sensations of SP, and go to the vibrations directly if possible.  Once  had the vibrations, the projection was relatively simple- once I got used to it.

you dont need either they are pretty much just side effects not the actual cause. and youre better off to ignore these side effects and let the projection happen.

I suppose the more experienced Travelers would know.
I have heard that before that it doesn't matter.

Still, I can understand what astralrealmer is concerned about.
I too like to feel the 'Buzz'. (Not affiliated with the Buzz I use to feel when I was a young 'smoker'.  :-D Sorry, a little humor)
Seriously though, when I feel the Buzz or Vibrations that signals to me it is happening. This I can understand.
It seems to me that the vibrations as time goes on are getting less and less. Maybe they are still there but I do not notice them as much now.
When they first hit me they were OVER-whelming.
My first one that I can recall scared me so much I thought I was having a heart attack.
I shot out of bed scared 'Dung-Less'.
Maybe that is what they are for in the beginning. That is to 'Wake You Up' to the fact you are becoming Spiritually Aware.
I dunno for sure.  I am still a n00b.

Thanks for the advice everyone,One thing when I felt the woozching in my head i quickly thought to myself is this the vibrations ,but then i got scared to go further cause I felt as if my head was ready but my body wasnt and if i went with it then my mind would break in two, with my mind seperated and my body not in paralysis.Thats the only way i could describe it.Anyways thanks for the info.
