Gah, they're starting to tick me off. :x See, i have a REALLY strong heart, so when im completely relaxed, i can feel its pulse go through my legs. I can hear my heart, and upon every meditation, i mistake this for the vibrations you get when you leave your body. Now, is there any clear distinctions i can look for when the real vibes start?

Hi there! I don't think that the vibrations can be mistaken for heart-pulsing. There are various levels of vibrations but when you actually get it - it feels like nothing else.

Well, after trying a new binural beat, i was able to get a step further. I dont know if i felt the vibrations or not, but while i was meditating, i felt rather dizzy out of no where, which im assuming is my astral body attempting to leave the physical. But, i didn't get to far lol

When I use Binaural beats i can also feel the shift in consciousnes and get a strange sensation. Try to go deeper and keep your mind calm (Clean of thoughts) then you could be lucky to get vibrations after a while.

But to actively pursue vibrations i would advice you to look up some astral-body-loosening techniques and then do an exit-technique, when you feel the vibrations. (i don't know how experienced you are - so I'm sorry if you already know this :|)

I'm not the best, but i try to visualize an item, something simple above my head, and when i feel the vibrations i grab on the item and PULL. Does that work?

Skywalker

According to all the things i have read: Yes, that should work! The trick is to get your awareness outside of your body and pulling yourself up to an imaginary object should do the trick (thats an exit technique) if you already have vibrations at that point - you should be able to get out. It's hard to keep concentrating if your awareness point is kept still, but if you imagine going slowly up - and "feel" the coordinates around you changing accordingly it should be easier.
