Oh yeah, and in OBE can you see people doing stuff in the physical plane. For example, could I go into my neighbors house and watch her cook or something.
I read the obe thing on this site today and I just tried to do it. Basically it involved 2 tries. It took a while because I have like 6 other ppl living with me and they make a lot of noise, so finally I started to do it and within about 20 minutes I started intensely vibarting like I was supposed to and right as I felt I was about to fall into it, my grandma knocks on my door and wont shut the hell up, I got soo mad. After I cooled off, i tried it again and had a little bit of vibration but nowhere near before. Anyways, how many tries is it gonna take before I finally do it. I work with energy and psychi so I probably got most of the basic energy and chakra stuff involved down.
