Hello! I am new here and am pretty close to learning how to seperate from my body. I wanted to ask some questions about the Astral Plane because I have some hopes of achieving some of these.
1. When in the astral plane, is it possible to look at your physical body or anyone's physical body to see if there is any growing sicknesses like cancer or fever or anything? If so, is it possible to heal it using spiritual energy?
2. I had a brother that passed away 4 years ago, and I feel that there were things we never got to discuss that I feel I need closure with. Is it possible to see and communicate with him?
3. I understand animals can see spirits. Is it possible to communicate with animals through your spirit in an unkown way? I have one cat with an eating disorder, and I'd like to help her. :)
4. Is it possible to meet your Twin Flame/Twin Soul? Or would you just see yourself?

It is possible to see your physical body, but I don't see mine all of the time (although I rarely look). However, I think it also depends on your level of lucidity at the time. When I do see my body, I see what I perceive to be the physical body. It looks like itself. I think the disease you are attempting to see are things that are not visible on the physical body but rather reflections/links with the energy body. Theoretically you should be able to see them as well. However I have never done that so I can't be certain.

Yes you can. I have communicated with my deceased father and a deceased pet. The issue is that you need to remain as neutral as possible emotionally. Meaning if you are too distraught or too excited at the meeting, it will end instantly.

I have only ever communicated with a deceased pet. I've never tried with one still alive so I can't answer this one.

I've never heard of twin flame or twin soul before. Do you mean soul mate? If so, then I don't know. I've never tried to meet one simply because I don't beleive in the concept of a soul mate.
In my experience you don't really see your physical body in astral projection, but you do in etheric projection. Since etheric plane is so close to the physical (actually part of it) and this is the experience most described (floating over the body, seeing your physical surroundings) This is also referred to as real time projection because you experience things in real time... (or close to it).
In astral projection, things are more like a dream and mystical in quality. You can create things by thought while on the astral plane, and this is also where we dream. It's also where you can interact with deceased relatives. The Rosicrucians have a slightly different view point on where the deceased reside - initially on the astral level but then move to the mental plane which they call the soul's 'true home'
I have contacted my deceased father through astral projection.
Also Id like to note that there are deceased people still in etheric. Even though shortly after physical death the etheric body is supposed to be cast off, some stay in this form longer than others. Some stay for a very long time and end up earth bound. (spirit hauntings) So I imagine you can communicate with them as well, but I never have.
As for soul mates, I believe that if its difficult to find them in the physical plane, its probably difficult to find them while in astral form as well... they won't just 'appear in front of you'
