How long til your first AP?

 I know its gonna be different for everybody. but i'm very interested to see how long it was from the point of finding out about astral projection and starting to try it, to the point of actually doing it...

I've been trying for a couple days now and i think i'm getting closer and closer. i learn something new everytime i try it... last night i started to feel the vibes hardcore but than i got way to excited and they stopped... ha ha

Anyways, very interested to see how long for some of you guys

aight, i started sometime july, and i tried it on the day i learned, but only 3 weeks later on August 8th, i experianced my first one..

its been around year(or more) already and i havnt acheived it yet, but its because ive kind of stopped doing it, becos i have too little motivation to not fall asleep
But in the first months i got vibes and *maybe quite unconscious exit

Now im more on meditation at least then i dont fall asleep

i think someone just has to have a real goal, if you just want to project jo wont have the required motivation ot exit..like jst exit..and then, but if there is somewhere you would like to get or see..you know what u want to acheive ..

Reserached what was causing my random Sleep Paralysis sometime in April this year. When I learned that people claim to have OBEs from this state - it had interested me. I wasn't sure if I've had them before from Sleep Paralysis, so I found this site and another, researched a bit, then learned I could induce SP myself. I did very easily actually - but it took me 5-6 attempts before I finally let myself out because I kept freaking out the first few times. Then when I actually was actually having the first experience - I knew that "feeling" of being OoB - a feeling I've definently felt before, and the fact that I was actually full concious, even hyper-aware, made the experience so amazing and unbelieveable at first almost.

I really would like to have another experience like that first one. I had a bunch after, but that first one...  the amazement, the feelings, the realiness... it was all so surreal while it was happening.
