Thank You So Much, I have another question though, when i get into the Astral Realm, could it be like say:im in New York, Im watching the people go by, i can hear what there saying when they say it in the Physical Realm. Stuff like that.

I should preface my remarks by saying I'm by no means an expert (3 OBEs), however I've read a fair amount on the subject.  Although I've read accounts of people who claim to have witnessed actual events that is not the norm.  Typically, if you project into the Astral realm you will essentially be in a dream-like environment that has little resemblence to what we regard as "the real world".  However, if you project out of your body and not to an astral plane you will more than likely be in an environment that, depending on your level of lucidity, may look a lot like the "real world" but is in fact just a near-real construct - i.e. little things will be different.  In short, I wouldn't count on evesdropping on conversations too quickly! []

Shippo: Yes. It can feel the same as anything physical.

In my opinion, physical reality is a part of astral. It started as a shared dream. The energy density increased as people thought more about it. It got stiff and hard to change when the density increased to the extremely high level of today. The only thing you have to do to go to an other part of astral is think about it, but thats hard since you think about this small part constantly, because you're here all the time. When you dream it is easy to not pay attention to "reality", because you're outside of "reality" and it has the most pull on your attention when you're right at it. You can come to physical earth in a dream, and thats called a RTZ projection.

Hi, I have been going around on this site and have found alot on OBE's and Astral Realms that people go to and i was wondering, how do i get to the Astral Realm or have ans OBE?
