Almost had it again last night after trying to project and just as Im about to drift in my sleep and different flashes of images on my thoughts, my right foot started to vibrate. It almost felt like an energy rising up. As I try to imagine myself lifting up it stopped. I need advice if I should start concentrating things at that point or just let it be and wait?

First of all, when you say 'imagine floating up' do you mean you imagine what it feels to float up, or imagine seeing yourself floating up?  Because number one works, number two does the opposite.
Second- What do you mean by 'concentrating things at that point'?

Thanks for the reply and I was doing the 2nd option. When I say concentrate, I meant concentrate on my imagination that I was floating up. I will try again tonite with your first option. I do have a question when you say feel to float up. Do you mean just to try to feel the sensations when imagining what it feels to float up? CFtraveller if you have anymore recommendations I am all ears.

I'll describe it a different way:
Have you ever been in the bottom of a pool (say, after jumping in) and floated up?  Your eyes were closed but you could feel what it was to float up.  That's the feeling you recreate.  In other words, put your point of view (or feeling, your "I") in the center of the action.  That's what you want to do.
You do that with any type of exit technique you want to use.  If you are using the rollout method, for example, you want to lay on your bed (or the floor, etc.) close your eyes and roll side to side.  Feel how it feels, how you can feel which way is up and how you feel your weight shift.
The same idea.  You are recreating a feeling of your mass moving up or to the side or whichever.

Thanks for the advice again cftraveller. I feel that I am very close. I tried again last night I felt the vibration rush through  my whole body. Usually the vibration I felt before was just on my entire legs. The problem I had last night is when I felt the vibration my heart started beating fast, Its almost like I was excited. I wasnt scared but I got distracted from it. Is this normal? If it is what steps from there should I take? Will defenitely use your advice on floating up. I can relate to it for I use to do a lot of swimming before. Lets say I was successful with the float up procedure, what happens after the exit will I see things clearly as if Im seeing things on my physical body? Apologize for asking a lot of questions.

Yes, very normal.  The thing is you need to acknowledge the sensations so you know when to start an exit technique, and then set them aside, no matter how strong (or weak, in time) and get on with the separation or loosening.  Ignore them if possible.

If you are seeing through your eyelids you have already transitioned, even if located 'inside' your body.  So you know you're projected, the thing is to get away.  So use an exit technique, or will yourself away from your body.

Thanks also graveyard. I wont get frustrated. Tried again last night but no luck, It seems that I have too much in my mind last night and didnt even get to vibration and seeing thru my eye lids. If I had known before to start the floating exercise when seeing thru my eye lids and only minimal vibration. I probably would have done obe in the first week of trying.

Id like to share a true story when I was younger I would always dream of flying or it might be an obe when I was may be 8 years old. It would happen almost every night and the night that it stopped is the expereience Id like to share. My cousin and I both sleep in the same room when we were younger. We grew up together and we are very close. One night I had a dream or obe that we were both flying on our roof top and would try to look for our friends but could not find them. So we just both explored the evening flying. Then as we were on the way back to the house something bad happen as bad spirits or dark entity started coming out. We both fought them for a while and still remember using swords. The swords used, almost look like a light saber, it was glowing and had a lots of energy. As I try to run away and flew from one of the bad spirits, the bad spirit got a hold of my ankle and that point I woke up. Now the strange thing as I got up to try and shake it off because my heart raising. I thought I saw my cousin sitting on the bed looking at the window, as I try to tell him about my dream. He just started floating up on the ceiling and disappeared. it is then I realized as I look on his bed that I saw him still laying there. I got so freaked out and prayed so hard that I wont have this dreams anymore. That was the last time I had a dream of flying again. The next morning while we were eating breakfast he told me that he was dreaming  of flying on our roof top but could not remember most of them. I told him about my dreams and how strange it was to have the same dream and also how I saw him floating up but he didnt believe me and just started laughing. He thought I was just pulling his leg. I think it may have been the reason that I stopped having this dreams because my prayer that night was answered. I had no knowledge of obe or lucid dreaming at that time and it is something I definitely didnt understand. Now Im hoping to get it back.

What is your rush? I know it is hard to wait when you are feeling progress. But, it might be easier for you to project if the vibrations were completely over your body at the time.  Get them to move around- it is good practice, and it helps you to get into the right frame of mind. Move them around, let them spread. Concentrate them into your head- When you feel you just can't contain them any longer- think strongly about a goal.  For me, this is usually a person I am very close to. I think about them wanting to be with them where ever they are.  If you worry about getting stuck, you will get stuck. Think yourself beyond the obstacles.
