Heart Chakra Going Crazy

Hi Roger,
I hope you get an answer off Robert as well, as I have had a
similar thing happen to me & not twice but hundreds of times.
Although mine could be medically associated ( long story ), I get
this sensation that my hearts gettin its arse/butt kicked, & if
I,m lying down, head turned sideways I can hear my heart/blood
beating through my ears.
Totally wrecks the moment & any chance of having an OBE, as I have
to sit up, concentrate on relaxing, breathing & having to start all over again, very annoying.

I know it says that we should stoically accept the heart chakra
craziness and the accompanying buffetting of wild pressures, spins
and sensations, but twice now I've been hit by them at the height
of vibrations and the overall shock and strength of them have caused
me to lose my focus and clarity on what I'm hoping is the verge of
a conscious-exit OBE.

I always remind myself that it is normal and is not my heart doing it,
but it is always so distracting, the attempt always gets aborted.

Robert, if you're around, can you please help and verify that I'm
almost there?
