Hi brian,

The subject of what is the "best" binaural cd for hemispheric sychronization has been discussed on a number of threads here. If you use the search function at the top of the page you can hone in on several good recent topics.

In a nutshell though, many people like and use the Wave I cd from the Monroe Institute. Others prefer the Awakened Minds cd, and still others prefer different cds from Brain Sync. There are other companies out there as well.

Also, you may want to explore the discussions on the Brainwave Generator. There are presets available here, or visit the Brainwave Generator website.

Finally, in my opinion, a cd is a nice assist to help one get to the mind-awake/body-asleep state, but by no means a necessity. If you want to try a binaural cd, there exists much information here. You, however, should start reading some of the previous threads. Then, any questions you have will become narrower, and you'll generate some more specific answers.
