As I'm going to bed wishing I'll get an OBE or at least a LD, when my body is relaxed then I feel as if I was spinning, I was reading other posts and found one that described a similar experience, also sometimes I get the swinging feeling, but it doesn't go further than that, my question is, am I on the right track for an OBE?

Xanth

That might have been one of my posts.
I was relating a technique to the poster to help keep them grounded and conscious within their lucid dream.

You *could* use it as a stepping stone to OBEs though.
Instead of spinning in your dreambody... 'feel' as if you're spinning. This could be the platform where you could launch your Trance state from.

Thanks for the advice! now I need to work really hard on my concentration because I get easily attached with thoughts, last night I didn't have such a nice sleep because my mind just didn't go off, I went to bed early (9.30 aprox.) and set my alarm at 5am so I could wake up and have some time to practice, my body was fine, but I remember having thoughts in the middle of the night instead of the normal dreaming and I just wanted to sleep normally at least, I even woke up, looked at the clock and it was 4am,  then woke up at 5 turned my alarm off and then I had 2 hours of normal sleep this time, obviously for not resting enough all night, my body was relaxed, it was my mind that didn't go off. I'll try to do some meditation tonight, is it ok if I'm listening to classic music? I try to focus on the music instead of my thoughts.

Xanth

Yup, classical music is fine.
Whatever puts you into a relaxed state *and* allows you to hold it.
