Hello Everyone!

I am wondering if schedules are an effective part of having an OBE. I have been off and on about attempting OBE, so I practice maybe 2-6 nights in a row and then take long brakes, like 1 or 2 weeks. I was just wondering if this impacts my OBE progression at all?
Something that impacts my attempts is (because I use the WBTB technique) me being too sleepy and instead of getting up for 45 minutes I just turn my alarm off and go back to sleep. Does anyone have methods that are effective at getting up and not being lazyxD. Also does anyone have a nice OBE practice schedule that works effectively (multiple would be nice :D)

Thanks in advance! :)

Personally, I like your WBTB schedule; it's pretty much the one I used, and yes, I ran into the same tiredness/boredom issues; so a week or two off is advisable; this can also be looked at as allowing a certain integration of ideas and experiences to occur. It is a very subtle and very individual kind of thing.

The bonus payoff to this method is that after a month or three you will have banked a sufficient number of slightly varied experiences that your number and variety and quality of opportunities for exit should begin to noticeably increase. Like you posted elsewhere: it begins with very small baby-steps that builds into a steady progression.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

I work consistently twice a day. I may take a break on the weekend when I'm working depending on how tired I am. Fatigue does play a role and I don't bother when I'm likely to fall asleep. I also practice most of the time in a sitting position to prevent dozing.
