Still can't get out of my body.

It was my fifth try. I'm always trying to leave with 4+1 technic, but always happend nothing... Last night I was a bit tired with all those tries and I used stopwatch to see at the end of the "story" how long i was lay. After i was couldn't withstand more I just checked stopwatch and I saw 1 hour and 10 minutes of lay with closed eyes without even one move ! I felt a lot of strange feelings during that time : pins and needles, vibrations, sometimes I was able to see some colors ? White shadow which takes over a black in my eyes, sometimes i was trying to open eyes through closed eyelids to don't sleep, but when I was reaaaaly tired I just told to my self "shame on that, let's try to sleep in that position" I lay on my back and after i tired to sleep i felt best effects once I was trying to image that im flying above my body and looking on me and I thought that i really felt that, but it still was weak exprience. After that all I've just turned on stomach and went sleep because for me its impossible to sleep on my back (it was my fifth try and every time i just can't go to sleep on my back how long would I lie...) after I turned around i have pretty strange feel as I would still sleep.

Any tips what I'm doing bad ? Im going to sleep on 23:30 and stand up after 4 overs 3:30, sitting on computer for 35-45minutes and go to bad in position which i can't get sleep.

This tells me you were very close to ap.  You were in a position to get out of your body.  You just had to get out.   
Just because it was a weak experience does not mean it did not happen.   It probably happened only for a short time.   It sometimes happens to me and I doubt it was real as it was very short.

But after those all "vibrations" and other exprience I remember what was later... Umm... To bo honest happened nothing... I remember how I was still lay and lay.

If the vibrations passed and you did not get out, it means you did not succeed.   You can still get out.  It is not always too late.  You did something wrong.   Perhaps you thought of your body, if so, that will stop the projection.   There are other ways to wreck it as well.  There are times when I wreck it and sometimes I succeed.   It comes down to practice and trying different things.

sounds boring: I just get out of bed. (some call it the roll-out-tech but for me it's just the get-up-tech).

alternatively I ask a guide to give me a hand, works too pretty well most of the times

third possibilty: I am phased in the void (3d-darkness) and go on from there

Ideally it is best to try to get out when you get vibrations.   I have found you can still get out when the vibrations are over.   You lie still and do an ap technique.   You can imagine that you are at some place or do some other technique.   We are all different so what might work best for me may not work that well for you.   That is what I read in the ap book.   When I get an obvious vibration I spiritually get out of my body or I do an ap technique, such as swimming, walking or whatever.    When I feel my mind and breathing is relaxed I often do not have to do anything.   I instantly go to some place.

it's still hard to imagine how to do one of techniques u said, but let's try any of those the day after tomorrow ;) i will give u relations soon :)

Peter Pan really had it... think of a good memory, and you'll fly!

Well do just that!

Think about your most happiest memory of an experience you've had in your life so far.
Now... sit down and visualize that memory.  Bring it back to fully life within your mind.  All the sights... sounds... tastes... feelings...

Get yourself completely lost within that memory.  Don't allow your awareness to focus upon this physical reality.  See what happens.  :)

Same happens to me no trick is working for me i tried 1000 times but i lost hope in astral projecting so i diverted my mind towards other things ..... need a permanent solution for astral projection......

it has detailed yet simple techniques proven highly effective by a guy who has been teaching AP for 10+ years.

they have techniques that work 70% from the first time

it personally didnt work for me but I'm the least disciplined person i know

That's the general mindset of (I think I can safely say...) "MOST" people who come here looking for help.

Everyone needs to just slow down and really try to understand what you want to do and why you want to do it.

Then slow down even more.  Maybe even back up slightly.  :)
