K so how effective are these? can anyone give me an example of how they have listened to hemi sync designed to induce OBE and managed to have an OBE because of it?

Can you give me a description of exackly what you felt whilst listening to the hemi sync track and then felt an OBE coming on?

I want to see exackly how the effects of hemi sync come in to OBE when someones listening to one. thx.

T.L.

Yes. However I believe that the hemi-sync audio is not enabling the experience, rather it is the concentration of the individual that does, and perhaps the audio is just a focal point to keep the person awake. I've used Monroe's hemi-sync audio with success. The feelings leading up to the obe were the usual, numbness-->Vibrations-->exit. The difference was that it is hard to perceive the internal noises that lead up to projection, like the hissing, high pitch squealing, and humming/buzzing noises because of the audio going into the ears. Before I could naturally induce obe's I did not have great success with hemi-sync audio, but during that time I only used it a few times. But it does lead me to believe it's the concentration of the individual rather than the audio itself. Although I would suggest the TMI hemi-sync audio as it does help teach one concentration, and who knows it might help produce obe's. It's hard for me to tell since I can already induce them, so I wouldnt know if it was me doing it or the aid.

Hi Plasma,

I have used many binaural beat tracks for AP and basically what they do is help to put your brainwaves into a certain state that's ideal an OBE. For example there is a brain-sync track I use that puts me deep into a state of relaxation which is the first step to having an OBE. Once the state of relaxation is achieved you will be required to use a technique to complete the process.

What they don't do is magically cause projection.

Hope this helps.
