strange feelings but no vibration*help

I have started practicing only yesterday, so I of course guess that I need more practice. But I felt still interesting things that make me wonder:
1. After a whil without moving my hands (about 20 min) I feel like my fingers are touchin themselves, but they actually are not... any explanation?
2. yesterday, I felt like someone was pulling my hand out of... my hand, and I could feel like this invisible hand, very light, and it seemed to be unable to move fast, like if my invisible body were paralysed, instead of my physical body, which I have to do efforts not to move at all. Is it my imagination? or is there a real start of dissociation between my physical and inivisible body?
3. What are Gamma wave, why do they say they are dangerous, and what are the dangers?
4. I listend to extracts of monroe tapes, and tryed to obey the voice... but I think I missed the first tracks of the CD... it says move to the 12, move to the 3 move to the 6, to the 9... I really don't understand what this is all about.
5. Is someone here able to list me the states that are labeld Focus 12 focus 15 etc. And tell me the hexaustive list from the start?...I orderd a book from Monroe, but will receive it in two weeks, and am not even sure there is this list in it.
