Thanks for the post, Paul. I did read his book about a year ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks also for posting those weblinks!

Very best,

I think pmonline aka Paul decided to replace them all with the website to the Rosicrusians. Very strange.

Hi Nay,

What I don't understand is the deleting of topics and posts. If someone is going to leave why not just leave. The deleting part does not compute. As I said, very strange.

Yeah it doesn't make much sense why people would delete all of there posts but it is their choice.  I personally don't think that they do it to take away information that others might find useful but for some other reason.

It's time for the next step in spiritual growth and I would rather clean up than let the posts collect Karma.  Simply put, it's a Karmic issue.  There's an old saying, "In order for the new to come forth, the old must be destroyed."

But I'm still here. Maybe Adrian should put in a "Clean up" button. [:)]

Peace & Love,
Paul

Hi Paul,

I'm glad you're still here. I guess I just don't understand the deleting part, but as Links observed, that's your decision. If there is anything I can do to help, feel free to PM me.

Very best,

Greetings pmonline,

Well I am very pleased you are still here anyway, I have always valued your contributions and I am sure others have as well.

For those interested in the Rosicrucian literature, there is a detailed set of links here:

http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=6644

Please note there are more links towards the foot of this page.

I am most intrigued as to the karmic issues involved in the Rosicrucian philosophies for which I have a high regard. While appreciating the need to move ever onwards, these teachings and those of other orders are still integral to things; remember, in the the higher spheres of reality there is no past, present and future, but only the "eternal now" were everything exists concurrently. The past, present and future in temporal terms are inseparable.

With best regards,

Adrian.

Paul, while I can understand and respect your choice to delete your posts, it does in my opinion take away from the past discussions by making them make less sense. Now this may not be a big issue if it were not for the fact that when we edit our posts they are pushed back to the top of the lists, making them very noticeable. I am sure that I have made posts in the past that I no longer agree with, but to delete them would take away from the whole topic. Plus I like to keep them around in order to remind me of my changes and why. If this is done for karmic issues, the past is the past, what is said is said. I think it would be better to just make another post stating your change in views as opposed to just removing your messages entirely and leaving everyone else confused. What about the karma that you have caused by disrupting the discussions? [;)]

I am glad you will be staying around. [:)]

I'm complete ignoramus when it comes to karmic issues, but my viewpoint is the following: the actions performed in the past cannot be undone; however, the past may be "destroyed" if we let go of it, and release that useless baggage where it belongs - in the past, such that it no longer occupies our minds, while we concentrate on the future.

pmlonline, on the other hand, has come here and stirred the past and pulled it into present, spawning new discussions on the old topics, and blah blah blah... This, methinks, defeats the purpose of "destroying the past".

But then, of course, what the fck do I know?

I apologize for disturbing anyone.  IMHO it was a small price to pay for something important.  That past is the past but I don't want to collect anymore negative Karma from other people reading those posts.  This discussion has very little Karma attached to it; i.e., I'm not providing any significant spiritual information.  I've learned a lot and continue to learn from the Rosicrucian brotherhood.  From now on, at least until I become an Initiate or an Adept, I plan to providing very little of my own spiritual information.  Rather, when you see me reply to a post, it will be mostly quotes from the http://www.rosicrucian.com web site relative to the topic of the thread.  There's very little negative Karmic risk quoting from an Adept such Max Heindel.

Peace & Love,
Paul

But we still like to hear what Paul thought/thinks about a topic. [:)]

Hi,

I ask you to please consider that acquiring some title in a spiritual organization is not what gives your posts value or merit.  Even when you achieve that title and all the knowledge/wisdom you assume will come with it, your opinions and experiences will not be any more "valuable" than they already are right now.  In fact, if you have learned half as much as you hope to when you "get there", you will realize even more acutely than you do right now that you don't really know very much.

I don't know anything about the Rosicrucian brotherhood, but I have to question any organization that promotes its participants devaluing themselves and/or suggesting to them that they have nothing of value to share NOW.  You can spend you whole life "waiting to be good/smart/wise enough", or you can realize that you have something unique and special to share with the world right now.  You can always share what you learn later when you get there, but you only have "now" once...  [:)]
