It is easy to give energy to another person. As for receiving energy, because it feels different than my own it is often easier for me to feel and work with. Somewhere I read that it is helpful to raise energy at one time and then wait for a while before trying to project. By separating the two it is easier to concentrate more strongly on trying to project when the time comes to try it. Having someone else take over the task of raising energy might do the same thing. You are thinking about doing this after establishing an ability to project on your own, though, right?
I don't know if you can take energy from another person but I have something else that happens to me...
At night when laying in bed with the wife, it will be quiet, and she is asleep and very still. I will lay there and think ok, I'll try to project. I'll start mentally moving energy from my legs up to the point behind my eyes, where I need it to be. I'll feel the shift and the vibrations will start. Right then my wife will start to toss and turn, like she can't get confortable, roll this way and that way. Pull the covers around, kicking her legs, it's very annoying!
This happens almost every time, like she can feel when I'm moving energy around. I don't have an explanation for this yet, I'm still working on whats happening to her.
Either my aura is expanding and annoying hers, or I could be sucking up energy from around the room and she feels the current or waves flowing around her.

The being married part doesn't apply to me, but the experience sounds familiar. It is fortunate that this did not last more than a couple of weeks. There was also a period of time when I'm told I became unusually warm and unpleasant to be around. This, too, has passed.
That always happens to me. I will wake in the middle of the night and decide to do a technique. whenever I am fully relaxed and in that deep relaxed state, my wife will toss and turn and disturb my concentration. I never thought of it as being an energy thing though. My wife has also told me that I get very warm in the night. Maybe something to it.

Dear all,
Is it possible to take or be fed energy from a willing person when trying to project?
When I attempt to project, I have my girlfriend laying in bed, while I sit in my chair. I have spoken with her on this subject, and she would be willing to try it as an experiment. The only problem is, I wouldn't know where to start.
Any feedback will be appreciated.
