Taking psychedelics while astral projecting?

Sorry, the subject might be confusing, I mean. Can one modify their consciousness like a psychedelic in the astral realms?

OK we all know foods, prescription drugs, psychedelics alter our mood, feelings, and consciousness. Some more than others. OK so my question is. Can we take things in the astral to modify our consciousness or our feelings or something like that.

My ultimate question is, can you take a psychedelic type drug while out of body?

You probably can't do this in the lower realms, but what about the higher realms? Is there such a thing?

So if you can modify your consciousness what options are there? Do you eat something,  which is the most likely? Or do you do something, or can you find something  to do this kind of thing? Thanks.

 You don't need to. You already have the ability to create anything you wish or any place you wish to be with focused will and intent. The Astral is already colorful enough as it is.  
If you'd like to, just go to the Astral and focus on eating a Magic Mushroom. See if that satisfies your appetite, lol.

 You could do what ever you wished. All you need to do is to "believe" it is working and it will. I'm still confused about why you would even want to do this. From viewing your previous posts I see you question quite a bit about what you can do once in the Wider Reality. I think you should first learn how to get there, before you try to learn to manipulate it.

I have serious health problems which can easily became a problem if I start practicing AP. I have already tried for a little while with minimal success. I mainly research it to to learn about reality so I can help others and myself. I want to know what to expect on the other side.

I know this is all real because of my experiences in life with paranormal and more.

I can fairly confidently answer Yes to that. While I have never taken astral drugs or alcohol I have meditated while out of body and that Did change my state of consciousness. Also I have read Many accounts of people taking astral alcohol and of encountering other people out of body who were drunk and intoxicated.
