How often do you AP?

Just curious how often everybody on the pulse has an OBE, or similar experiences! I would say that I have an experience at least once a week, sometimes more. This can range from sleep paralysis to a full blown OBE. Astral noise is a big one for me too. I dream everynight too. My dreams are pretty intense and I often wake up punching my pillows etc. People don't like me in my dreams.

It depends on how committed I am.  If I put my mind to it I can ap often or if I get lazy I do not ap.  I am not concerned anymore how often I ap.  I am wanting to get quality ap's.  By that I mean I must get myself aware.  I want it to be like I am physically.  If you are not that aware dream things can happen.  When you wake up you are wondering what was real and what was not real.  I have had quality ap's.  I want to be able to go where I want to go to and see who I want to see.  That is what I am working on not how often I ap.

I recently had a situation early on this year, where I had 2 smaller obes (ones lasting about 30 seconds or less) and 2 large ones (ones where I was more in control and even spoke to non-physical beings) every month.

That stopped around July time, but this month, the smaller ones are returning;-)

These days?  Once a month.

Usually just memories of OBE's that I can tell the difference from normal dreams, but I'v had various spontaneous OBE's during my life and the last one was about 6 months ago.
