The freaky vibes

I've been attempting to project  recently and i don't quite know what you guys mean by vibes. I get to a stage where this odd rocking sensation overcomes me but it soon passes and then it feels like an earthquake inside my head. There is the feeling of spinning, rocking, bouncing. and it just manages to give me a massive head ache
