AD workbook by Brian Mercer

I previously asked Brian Mercer about an AD workbook i had of his and the possibility of giving it away to those that wanted it. He wrote:

Think of that Excel spread sheet, the companion workbook to Astral Dynamics, as Mastering Astral Projection version 1. Whereas, the book Mastering Astral Projection: 90-day Guide to Out-of-Body Experience is something like version 4 or 5 of the program and includes new techniques, methods and guides that aren't available in Astral Dynamics.

I originally created the Excel spread sheet to document an OBE program I mean to use solely for myself. When Robert asked that I share it on his website, I was happy to spruce it up with a minimal amount of instructions and references to AD.

The biggest difference in the two programs it that in my first version I try to implement everything all at once. The program isn't very progressive or easy to use and it assumes that users have read Astral Dynamics before using it.

MAP, on the other hand, is more progressive and logically structured. It was revised based on personal experience and working with several sets of road testers.

Feel free to pass out the spread sheet, but I would ask that you not charge anything for it. And if you could put in a bit about Mastering Astral Projection being available in bookstores & etc. when you give it away (or even put a link to how to order it in the spread sheet itself) that would be much appreciated. The important thing to tell people is that this is only a basic version and that the complete version can be found in Mastering Astral Projection.
