Hey no_leaf_clover...

This has worked for me. It allows you to get to trance, and one time my physical body fell off- my physical arm fell and my astral arm remained in the air. [:O]

Take care. Let me know how it goes.

Every time i've tried this method the effort of keeping my arm balanced has kept me from entering trance. (or else it's just dropped and i've fallen asleep) However, I'm intrigued by the thought of your astral arm falling out of the real arm. Could i be doing such an apparently simple technique incorrectly??? If you could describe exactly what you do i'd appreciate it.

thanks,
nathan

Hey nstkd8,

I just lay down with my elbow to the surface and my forarm balanced in the air. When I'd fall to sleep a bit it would sway and alert me. I just continued putting it back up each time it swayed. One time I felt something plop on the bed, where my arm would have fell, but my arm was still in the air. It was my astral arm still in the air, and my physical arm fell. I was free.

Cheers,

Celestial Sounds.

Let me know how it goes. [:)]

i thought id try this method when i go to bed tonight and i was wondering what some of your thoughts were on it.. the method of training yourself to get into the half-awake stage by keeping an arm in the air, and if you drift off, it falls on you, waking you back up. is it very effective? should i not waste my time? just wondering. i want to learn to astral project so bad, just to get it down and try exploring space. constantly curious about the cosmos :)
What is the sound of no leaves cloving?
