Hey AntiGravity!

The website that you were kind enough to share with us mortals is utterly awesome!
And, by the way (to Mr. Bruce and the moderators and members of this website), The Astral Pulse rocks and rules, as far as I'm concerned. What a great bunch of people sharing information about one of the greatest experiences that a person can ever have!

Kind regards,
preeno

What the... Some of these projection techniques are pretty full on.

"Attach a dot to your forehead, stare at yourself in the mirror for 5 minutes without blinking"? Holy Moly! "Shock yourself out" haha

I wonder if this person has tried and successfully used these techniques :)

If you click on the link to the book store at that website they list a number of books on Astral Projection. They are also rated as well. It looks like Astral Dynamics was rated very highly, and there are some others that rated well too.

While we're on the subject of websites, may i suggest this one also, perhaps many of you know it already but just in case:

http://www.astralsociety.com/

It's a pretty rich site, with interesting articles.

A pleasant read, with forums.

Enjoy!

Yea, I know what youre saying. I looked at all the techniques and, like I said, some of them dont look like theyd work. However, he (the owner of the site) says that all the techniques were "tried and tested" so I suppose they work.
Thanks for all your comments everyone!

Wow!

Great site! There sure are some strange techniques to getting out of body.  I may have to try a couple of new ones.  I am currently in a 28 day slump!  Also, I like the warning..."use common sense, as you would with a regular roller coaster ride."  That's funny!

I stumbled onto this site a couple of weeks ago and was blown away, this fellow obviously put a lot of time and energy into his site. BTW, I love the little dramatization/introduction and find myself going back again and again just to watch it.

Yeah, I also dig the little cartoon thingy he uses for an intro.

I thought Id share this wonderful little website with you all. It may be very helpful for beginners or for anyone for that matter.
http://www.whiteoakdesign.com/timekillers/astral/000_mainscreen.html
There you will find 30 methods of 'how to', (though some dont seem like theyd work because they want you to have your eyes open. Others look very good however.) and some OBE stories from other people.

So there ya go, tell me what you think of it, and if its any good. (I really think it is, I already printed out a list of techniques Im gonna try [:D])

Enjoy!
