Did someone read the book of Sapphire? What results have you had?

I have looked at the website and the book seems like it might be useful but make sure you check the source of the website and see if there reliable.

The book is actually called Successful Astral Projection to the Space and Universe.

Judging by the 1 star ratings and reviews it received at Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Successful-Astral-Projection-Space-Universe/dp/1411638875/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1305705501&sr=8-1) I would avoid this book and would go with more trusted works by authors such as Robert Bruce, William Buhlman and Robert Monroe.
