I made it about half-way out of my body for the first time a few days ago. It was a rather unpleasant experience. But my next thought was, "I gotta try that again." And I've been practicing my butt off ever since.

Best of luck!

Fears must be faced.

Once you have got past them, nothing can stop you.  When you get scared, think about all things APing can do for you and keep going for it.

Best of luck.

Greetings!

Not so long ago I awoke during the night to find myself not lying on top of the bed, but the bottom half of me was within the mattress, not only that I felt a very strong vibration of tingling at the base of my spine, along with this I could hear malevolent whispering voices. Together with this I felt nauseous, but the worst of it was the feelings of fear, (in the waking state, I have never felt fear to this degree) it seemed like ages until I eventually managed to get myself out of bed. The feelings of nausea and fear persisted for some time. Like everyone else I have had my share of nightmares, but this was something else! The clarity of the experience was so vivid, that I will never forget it.

I have come to the conclusion that upon opening oneself to these experiences, anything and everything is possible! Having said that, nothing will put me off continuing with these explorations!

With all good wishes,
Barbara
