I'm having so much trouble projecting and I really want to project to further my spiritual growth I want to know what sort of exercises you may have to help prepare my conscience for AP. I use affirmations a lot too and I always get to the vibrations but I can never fully project. I've even tried phasing which almost worked once but I couldn't get back to that state again. Beginners who've projected please tell me how you have jumped your obstacles and spiritual teachers and guides please give me insight!

I always emphasize belief. You don't have to believe anything crazy or something that goes against your current thinking and understanding. Just believe that there really is something to all this and that you're ready to see for yourself and make up your own mind. You may have many of the same kind of experiences that I have had yet come out thinking something completely different. That doesn't make either of us right or wrong. It just means that we both still have some learning to do.

Like Lion said, learn to meditate and the rest will most surely follow. You don't have to do anything special or even view it as meditation. I never did but I know now that that is exactly what I have been doing. I just considered it clearing my mind and getting some rest. The affirmations will work so keep that up. Make up your mind that you will not allow fear to stop you. Consider whatever you think are the worst possible consequences for projecting and if you can live with that, I'd say you're ready.

There really is no magic pill that you can swallow that will make this easier for you. It takes some hard work to see how easy this already is. The hard work isn't in practicing or attempting to project. It is in just seeing what is really there. Sorry, I'm really not trying to sound vague or cryptic.
It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so.
