What do you think are these?Anyone?

I've got a question -I've noticed few years ago,that when i look at the sky I can see floating things,just flying around,appearing and disappearing.Some times they can be seen really clear,and sometimes some of them emits light for a second,and can bee seen in any environment.In the serial Doctor Who they say it's Vashta Nerada,not old enough to bring harm,but It's a sci-fi(still seems to me as an good explanation)
What do you think?I'm sure someone here knows.

I see them too. I see two different kinds. The tiny bright vibrant ones, those are very energetic and excited, and move around a lot and very fast. There are also the bigger ones that are a bit less bright and like to group up and form clusters, those also tend to follow my eyes a bit. If I look down they follow my focus point.

They also appear 2 dimensional. I think they are in fact not 2d, but in a higher dimension. I think we see them in 2d because we can not make sense of them (yet).

What are they? I have no clue. Energy? Maybe even spacecraft, or entities. I really can't answer that question. Maybe you can look for the answer in a projection?

For the circular ones that follow you eyes there's medical explanation-eye floaters.when proteines in the eye liquid brake some remain inside,and being so close  your eye acts like a microscope,allowing you you to see them.But not the moving ones,they don't follow my eyesight....they are the mystery..

Interesting. They appear to be a bit irregular though, they don't exactly follow the eye.

I can see the little moving ones when still using my normal eyes, but I can also see them when my normal eyes are closed. Next time I'll try to see if I can see the big ones with my eyes closed too.

I think he means the non-dark, outlined eye floaters.
