Is it possible to AP in the astral body?

i suppose you could, but i would also think it would be dangerous, if you get to far out of your body you might not beable to come back, at least thats what im thinking, i guess you should try it, its the only way to find out

I have not experienced this but I have read many accounts of people projecting from inside a dream and actually becoming lucid, being out of body and projecting again, etc. I have never heard of anything bad or negative coming from this. It should be ok and safe to do it. As long as you have a physical body you are still connected to the physical.
