K so I been talking to a man my father knows who I did not actually know was interested in OBE's until now but he seems experienced in techniques. The 1 thing he told me is the only thing that matters with a technique is as long as you FEEL like your body's behind you and your no longer in it then attempting any technique will work.
So is this true? is every technique simply a matter of "not feeling your physical body anymore" to exit?
pretty much.
as i've said before, all you're really doing is disconnecting from your body's sensory input. withdrawing inwards.
But consciously right?
You just described sleep. :-D
consciously of course. that is the hard part.
but really, going to sleep is pretty much what you have to do up to a point. you just have to maintain conscious awareness as you transition to sleep.
Are you telling that to the man who's had thousands of OOBEs since the age of 11 and he's now in his late thirties?

I think it's good advice regardless of experience.
Any technique can and will work if given time and you believe in it!
