Higher Planes really just part of F2oC

I have heard that the Mental, Buddhic and Atmic Planes are really just astral planes located in F2oC (Frank's model). If so, then why do people say they have different bodies in these planes and describe them so differently from the astral. Are they all the same level of counciousness as the astral?

Makes me think that perhaps for very few the experiences have been authentic (originally), but that over time everyone just has learned the right words while not actually experiencing it.

Your post makes a good point. It's important for me to have my own experiences, and not try to have someone else's. There's a lot less chance of fooling myself into following confused nonsense.

so.... what do you guys think then? Are these so called spiritual planes just astral planes located in F2oC, or are they seperate from the Monroe/Frank's model? Also, what exactly is a "mental projection"?

I think people hear those terms and either
A. experience something they think is one of them and say they have
B. go looking for it and experience it

Under both circumstances they have become self fulfilling prophecies.
I think they are a part of F2 personally but I am also just speculating.  I dont think I have ever experienced any of the so called higher planes.  Then again I could the next time I go to F2 just by asking.  If they do exist I am not tied down by the thought that I must raise my vibrations or be of a higher level of being to get there, which is the only real block to getting to one of these places.
