Understanding Awareness Hands...
You are probably not doing the awareness hands properly. This is how to do it properly. When you are getting prepared relaxed and all ready to leave the body this is what you do for awareness hands. Feel your physical body hands and try to feel them with largest amount of clarity. To more you feel the better the awareness hands work. What makes awareness hands so effective is having physical hands in the first place. The important thing to do is at all times when using awareness hands to feel your physical hands awareness this making the animation of the awareness hands existent. I also discovered if anybody decides to make awareness hands more powerful it is best to high light the physical hands with MBA until the real intense sensations are felt within the physical hands. This stimulating more touch using awareness hands making the tool more powerful then it's intention was ever designed.
Awareness Feat
Yes not only is their awareness hands but their is awareness feat. Awareness feat can be just as powerful as Awareness hands. Awareness feat is a secondary choice of Awareness body parts. For people who multi task can use both of these 2 elements or could gradually use awareness feat if they have problems with using awareness hands. People who are grounded or have open their root chakra are better of using their awareness feat or leg actions to leave their body instead of climbing the rope. This is because of the lifestyle like skating for example requires allot of awareness in the feat and leg area which is a slight advantage using awareness feat instead of awareness hands. So you are better of to use it if you have the root chakra developed to use awareness feat as a way of triggering the projection reflex.

Increasing Sensitivity
Increasing sensitivity will help focus in on the sensations. This increasing the sensations of the bodies nervous system and the etheric body energy related sensations will be more noticeable because of being concentrated on them. For example. Using the heart technique concentrating on the heart beats makes the sensations of the heart beat beat more stronger because of being concentrated on it. Same with sensitivity. The more sensitive you are the better all exiting body techniques are and much more effective. Not only that it improves the power of all energy development techniques. Meditation is a focused meditation correct? Why not focus your intention on an item of choice. Why not focus your attention on being with the sensations of the body? :o :)
A Expansion for Increasing the Strength of NEW
As we all notice the deeper we go into trance the more odd body like sensations are felt. This paragraph is teaching us that we can improve the power of NEW by going deeper into trance. The etheric body is more active the deeper a projector decides to go deeper into trance. This is the reason for all those odd sensations. The deeper we go in the better the NEW will work for us. This is because it is easier to manipulate the energy body because it's much more active then the normal physical relaxing waking state. Not only that but the the energetic felt sensations state cause the state of mind to create the perfect conditions to practice the NEW. I know it might be distractive but by being exposed to these trance sensations felt by the body this stimulates the increase sense of sensations using because if this new state of mind. This supports the practice of the NEW. What I'm trying to say is we are reminded of the sense of sensations because of trance making it easier to practice NEW. This increases the level of sensation improving the value of effect by using the NEW. We can also use the vibrations for energy raising or energy body related development.
Roping the leg Technique
What I do is get my awareness hands and dig a imaginary hole in the middle of my feet's soul. Now their is a triangle shaped of awareness created inside of the foot. I get my awareness hands and grab onto this triangle shaped awareness as if it was the rope and start pulling it towards my physical head. It's good triggering feet stimulation for energy raising.
Ways of Visualization
I use my visual ability. So remember their are 2 types of visualization. 1 the sensing visualization. 2 is the seeing visually threw the minds eye. Now if you mix both those visualization together you can do allot of neat things with it. What I do is imagine one of my foot in my minds eye. Then what I do is make a ping pong effect of it bouncing blue light in the minds eye vision on the feet's soul in my minds eye. I just add this to what I've created in my mind. This directly influences the foot by stimulating as if my visual visualization was telepathically communicating with my sensing visualization and the moment I do this visualization in my minds eye I get results on my foot awareness stimulation process.

EHB Technique...
Eye Foot Technique is moving your eye as if it was involved in moving awareness up and down your feet or as a good tool for making swirls. The eye is a companion for MBA and tactile imaging. The eye while it is involved motivates the will to move awareness threw the body this making MBA and tactile imaging much much easier or effective.
Breathing Foot Technique is inhaling while doing this believing awareness is flouting up the foot towards the toe and then exhale breath while doing this drop this awareness point as if it has gained weight so the awareness which once was at the top of the foot has sank immediately. Do this repetitively until foot is stimulated to satisfaction level.
Heart Foot Technique is after 5 to 10mins of practicing of stimulating the foot with awareness you may notice that the awareness comes behind the leader of awareness. This sensation felt of the awareness traveling threw the foot feels like a blood pulse underneath the skin. Use the heart beats as a way of encouraging this action. So one heart beat and the awareness is located at the toe area of the physical foot. The next heart beat drops the awareness down to ground zero of the foot's soul location. Then continue this pattern until you reach your desired effects of stimulation.
Heart and Breath Foot Technique is about combining heart technique and Breath technique together this improving the will of doing MBA or tactile imaging exercises.
EHB Foot Technique is one of the most hardest technique here. It requires multi tasking but yet is one of the best motivating will of moving MBA or tactile imaging. EHB technique is combing all 3 techniques above which is doing all 3 techniques at once. So that is eye f technique combined with heat f technique combined with breath f technique.

smooth this isn't about learning to obe fast. I designed this topic to focus on the energy body development aspects.
smooth here is my advice. You are all on your own on this one. Your path is about trying to have a obe. Nobody can supply you the experience but they only can point the direction of the pathway. Keep your drive of motivation and passion - desire with AP attempt practice and you will brake the surface one day. Try to enjoy what you do. This way progress is more noticeable. Remove all doubts that you can't make it etc because doubt encourages failure. Doubt is a barrier just like fear.
