I just bought a ouija board.  I am relatively sensitive to energies and spirits so I figured I should buy a ouija and try it out.  Interesting for sure.  I sat in a chair, put the board on top of the box and asked if anyone was there.

I thought I heard strange dissembodied chattering voices in the distance so I said  I must go, please leave now.

Several years ago I bought a ouiji board and had many, many conversations through it. I know without a doubt they were real. One night we did an experiment to see how real it was: I had one friend with me on the board, and his brother standing several feet away, asking personal questions that we could know nothing about. He made us stop because it got every answer right and was totally freeking him out.

A couple weeks later, me and the sceptical brother went into a dark room, lit a candle and the 2 of us started doing it. He asked personal questions about his life and loved ones, and got awful answers - when and how people would die, things like that. Then it got all wild, going in all kinds of directions fast, and would do things like "6, 6, 6", but for some reason we stuck it out. It was the first time anything evil came up on it with me. Then our candle went out for no reason (no open windows or breeze) and the room went pitch black, and we high-tailed it out of there, freeked out of our gourds.

About a year later I was with a new girlfriend. The guy she was with before had committed suicide and she wanted to contact him. She had never done the ouiji before. Immediately, he started. He was saying things about the emotional pain he was in and how guilty he felt for the pain he caused others. He made it quick and said he couldn't speak for long. She was in tears the whole time. It was very emotional.

I only tried it once or twice after that, and it didn't work.

And a spirit called me a hippy once.

I just got done using it for a second time and it seems so strange!  I am not sure about the movement sometimes but I am sure about when to stop!!  I cant mistake that.  It just stops by itself.  I would have to apply force to it to make it move.  After using my board and reading posts about it from previous ouija topics I cant believe you can just run out and buy one of these things.  I dont feel like I am in danger but it is eerily creepy.  It seems wrong in a way.  I could almost feel spirits or my subconscious or whatever I was talking to fighting with itself/others to reply.  I could feel tension in the planchette like 3 kids where pulling at it trying to make it move in other directions.  I am sure this topic has been overdone in the past and if a mod wants to move this to chat or PSD or something feel free but its all new to me and I feel the need to discuss it.

ive never let a DEMOND posess me, at least not willingly, i dont think but dont u think they have better things to do than to worry about ppl on a board game? what gives some cardboard any supernatural power anyway?

I think i am a little obsessed by proofs, like qbeac and some other guys here in the forum. Not that i dont believe, but because i want to believe and i want to prove that to people.

So, one day me and some friends (at 2-3 years ago) we made an experiment: the card experiment for Ouija board. We just put some cards facing up in a place where no one could see. We didnt knew which were the cards (obviously).

Then we call a spirit and started the typical questions. After some time we ask for the cards. Unfortunatly, the spirit didnt guess even one...

I had some interesting experiments with other sessions of Ouija board, but now i dont have time for that. Must go.

Once on a weekend out of town, we didn't have one so we made one by cutting a piece of cardboard and drawing all the symbols on it with a magic marker, and used the top of a 20 oz bottle and another piece of cardboard as the moving piece. We definitely got results that night. But it's not possession. The piece seems to move on it's own and drag your fingers around.

I've done it hundreds of times, it moving specifically about 85%-90% of the time, but don't think I've ever got any information that can be confirmed. My experiment in the first post was the best example I've gotten with it, because the person asking the questions wasn't touching it.

I've always been open to the idea that it's your subconscious. A friend and I did it in a park next to a cemetery and spoke with a guy who said he was buried there. We got a first and last name and birth and death years, but found nothing matching it.

I think the last time I did it was in 1996, and have had no desire to again.

Messing with spirits is devilish IMO... I would not mess with the dead, because that comes from my religious belief.  But I'm not gonna get into that.  Those ouija board always scared the excrement outa me.  Especially after watching the 1st exorcist...

My sister and I were playing around with a Ouija Board once, and laughing and joking around.  I think it says specifically on the box not to make fun while doing it.  At least the boxes used to say that.  After we started laughing, the lights went out in the room we were in.  It was one of those light switches that had a round dial, so the lights got dimmer and dimmer until they went all the way out.  It was as if someone was there turning the dial and turning the lights down low until they went out.  Nobody else was in the room except for us.  We got scared and threw the board up in the air and went running out of the room.

Another time, we were at my grandparents' house.  The house has a history.  A person drowned in a creek near the house, and the father shot himself behind the barn.  This happened around the early 1900's.  My family believes the house to be haunted and have seen apparitions.  We were upstairs playing with the Ouija Board.  Our little dog was there with us.  All of the sudden she turned, and leaned back on her hind legs and began growling and showing her teeth.  She was looking at nobody.  She was looking away from all of us as if she were looking at someone and growling.  Needless to say, we stopped playing with it.

I'm in constant communication with my spiritual guide, and he has advised me not to play around with a Ouija Board.  He mentioned about the risk of communicating with troubled spirits.

Hello everyone,

My advice to everyone is to never mess around with a Ouija board!

I have a chapter in my book about the Ouija board, Our Ultimate Reality for this very reason.

Due to the way the Ouija board works it attracts low level Astral people. The lower the level of the Astral, the higher the density, and the more the people there can affect physical things such as the Ouija.

However, at the same time, there is a reason why these people are in the low Astral and why they have low vibrations. Many of these people will do anything to communicate with physical humans including pretending they are "Angels", "Masters" and even "God".

People have been possessed, gone insane, driven to do things that are totally out of character and much more through using the Ouija board.

I strongly advise against it!
