Taken in and Amplified .. Im new/Talking about OBEs

Hey, since I was around 8 I started noticing and concentrating on auras on people/animals and trees. Mine is always blue and the trees are always yellow. Well anyways , I've always been very in touch with my sences.. my chakra. Since I was around 8 not only did I start seeing auras around people but I also started envisioning the future. (For example. One day I was on the train and I had a quick clip.. sorta like a video run by my mind. I saw that the guy in front of me was going to get his luggage stuck between the trains doors, it came true!

So thats just a little cap up on me. I started doing OBEs last Sunday and i've gotten up to the point where I feel tremendous amounts of electric flow through my body, and like a knowledgeable person wrote in this forum I watched the darkness, but it was unlike regular darkness.. this type kept your attention.. it meant something. (hard to explain I guess)

So last night was my third try getting a OBE and I was laying in my bed for about 45 minutes telling myself "I desire to temperarily leave my body. Please allow me." My heart started to race (to the point where I though I was going to have a heart attack) and I felt my soul lift from my body.. but as my soul was lifting my body was lifting as well. (This all came at once too.. Once second I was feeling the electrical vibrations through my whole body and the next BOOM I was being lifted out of my body.. I didnt get out of it though because my body seemed to catch my soul from leaving I guess you can say.

Sounds to me like your body wasn't relaxed enough. Don't worry though, you seem very in tune with your energy body and you're bound to have another chance at it.
