So I don't know if i projected or not considering I have never well done it. Anyway I was alseep, and my friend was telling my about trying to enter while dreaming. So there i was sleeping and i remember looking down at myself and seeing a white presence come out of my body, and as i watched this i felt like i was on a roller coaster on a really tall drop and your stomach kind of hangs. Anyway then my pulse increased and I then saw through my own eyes and the white presence was sucked back into me and I woke up.
But i can't explain it otherwise.
