¿ 3d darkness ? ¿ What's that ?
And, sorry, but ¿how someone can lost interest in OBE? Taking into account the huge amount of knowledge what can anyone gather, I question myself on the circunstances leading to such a loss, specially when you has noted some special symptoms like accelerated hearthbeat.

im referring to the 3d darkness jeff mentioned in his OBE tips in the sticky section of the forum. i lost interest in OBEing simply because I was frustrated by my lack of progress, I didnt have any goals and felt I was alone with the phenomenona I experienced.
Hello one and all, its been a long time since ive posted here as i lost interest in astral projection for a while.
i regained interest after reading jeffs sticky regarding how to OBE which i related to a lot. the main reason i lost enthusiasm was because i was unsure of the stages (for instance i didnt recognise the 3d darkness as important).
anywhooo last night i attempted to project, relaxed and after 5 minutes or so i began swaying a little with energy rising to the top of my abdomen. i continued to relax and i went deeper until i noticed my heart picking up, concentrating on my heart lead me into the 3d darkness for a few seconds where i saw a white light with green bits coming off it. i tried to zone into it but it kept moving out of my vision. ideally i wanted it to remain dead center but it kept veering off to the sides. i suspect that i was either straining myself too hard or that i did not have enough energy. anyone any other ideas on how to keep the object within your sights?
one last thing just as i was turning to go asleep i noticed a reasonably bright whitey light coming from the top of my vision would this have been my aura? (my eyes were just after closing when i saw it)
