I often see people here post questions on this forum who have had, what they feel, to be highly unusal experiences.  Often these people are at least somewhat scared and confused, and most often these are experiences that have been posted here again and again, all with the same (What the heck?!?) Kind of feel to them.  My thinking is there could be real benefit in place to go to read about other peoples similar experiences, if only to give comfort to those just  starting out.

Anyway  here is my list of "Highly unusal experinces" LOL....

1.  Tingling waves cascading through me, like bolts of electricity.  A feeling that my body has enlarged about half a foot in all directions.(This is probably the most common "What the heck" I see posted, and it threw me for a loop too, when I first experienced it...

2.  An intense heat
3.  A feeling of falling
3. A really unusual "whooshing" sound in my ears.
4. Racing heartbeat.
5. Voices(This usually happens when I am really tired, and dont have the best control over my thoughts.)  I remember once when I was really tired, my mind wandered to a grocery list...about half way through I actually heard the voice of a woman finish reading it for me, lol.
6. A feeling like my bed is moving...more often then not, I have been able to pinpoint this experience to my own heart, as when I enter a trance, the thumping becomes much more noticable to me, so much so that I can comfuse it with my whole body moving.
7.  A feeling of expanding, often followed by a change in my closed-eye vision...like the blackness in front of me becomes all encompassing.  I really enjoy this one, heh.

Anyway, if anyone is having these experiences, and are concerned about them, You should know that each of these is fairly common...seeing as I have had them all myself, I have watched for similar posts.  I have never seen a shortage.  If others have experiences they can add, I think it might really be helpful.
