Being in my room.

Ok so...Remember that topic I created a day or two ago about getting really close to an OBE but not quite making it? Well, I don't remember if I mentioned feeling the Entity in my room, but those two close attempts were the first time I felt and heard a presence in my room, as well as the first time I have been able to hear a radio station or TV show, I couldn't tell.

Anyway, after I woke up, I turned over in bed and looked around my room, because I knew someone or something was there when I was trying to phase. I basically vocalized my desire for the entity to reveal itself, either visually, or in some other way. I wasn't rewarded straight away, but during a nap Sunday as well as when I woke up this morning I heard somebody moving around my room. Keep in mind that my roommates just got back last night after my nap. I figured it was one of them, but when I turned around and opened my eyes, all my roommates were sound asleep.

So...I guess I've got a real invisible friend on my hands! Has anybody else had this experience, or is this something that is dependent upon the individual? Could it just be my desire to manifest something (e.g. is my mind just playing tricks on me)?

It could very well be your mind. Considering that AP/OBE is NPR or non physical reality; I would not believe it is possible for this "entity" to be messing around your room. Although I have not experienced such a thing; this is my opinion and exactly that, others may think otherwise but that is my input. You think you felt something, you did. Your mind is very powerful. Perhaps the most powerful thing ever. If you are excited about something and that's all you can think about; it will present itself eventually.

There are many explanations that you are already aware of that could explain what you experienced. Since you're aware of them, it seems to me that this experience doesn't quite fit the bill with you. So there may very well be a "supernatural" explanation for what you heard and felt.

Just being open to the idea of the NPR reveals so much to us. It's not a strange idea that we have to sleep in order to wake up. So, good morning to you! :-)
It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so.

I thought about that, but I wasn't in SP because I simply turned over and looked. Plus I didn't feel like it was the same presence as when I have gotten close to SP.
